Welcome to KITEZ Technology (Kitez Technologies Private Limited). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, training programs, internships, placement support, and related services.
By accessing our website or enrolling in any program, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
KITEZ Technology offers technology training programs, live projects, internship opportunities, certification support, and career placement assistance across our campuses in Tuticorin and Rajapalayam, Tamil Nadu.
Program content, schedules, mentors, and delivery formats may be updated from time to time to reflect industry requirements. We will make reasonable efforts to inform enrolled students of significant changes.
Students must provide accurate personal and contact information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials issued to you.
Enrollment is confirmed only after completion of the admission process and payment of applicable fees, where required. KITEZ Technology reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrollment at its discretion.
Course fees, installment plans, and payment deadlines will be communicated at the time of enrollment. All fees must be paid through approved payment methods unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension of access to classes, materials, or placement support until outstanding amounts are cleared.
Refund eligibility depends on the program enrolled, date of withdrawal, and services already consumed. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@kiteztech.com.
Registration fees, materials already provided, and completed module charges may be non-refundable. KITEZ Technology will review each request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
All course materials, videos, documents, branding, and website content are the property of KITEZ Technology or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or publicly share materials without prior written consent.
Projects and portfolios created by students remain their own work, but KITEZ Technology may showcase student outcomes for educational and marketing purposes with appropriate consent.
Students are expected to attend sessions regularly, participate respectfully, and follow instructions from trainers and staff. Harassment, discrimination, cheating, or misuse of institute resources is strictly prohibited.
Violation of conduct standards may lead to warning, suspension, or termination of enrollment without refund, depending on severity.
KITEZ Technology provides placement support, mock interviews, and internship referrals as part of selected programs. However, job offers, internship confirmations, and salary outcomes depend on individual performance, market conditions, and employer decisions.
We do not guarantee employment or a specific salary package. Placement assistance is a support service, not an assurance of hiring.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KITEZ Technology shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific program giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
